Welcome to Eikoh Seminar Australia

Early Childhood Learning Programs & Childcare

Eikoh Seminar Australia, a subsidiary of Eikoh Inc. in Japan, has been designing and operating purpose-built Childcare Centres for over three decades, since 1991. Our North Shore Sydney Childcare Centres, located in Normanhurst, St Ives, Roseville, and West Ryde, uphold the same standard and are committed to delivering well priced, high-quality education and care to children in the lower north shore area.

The goal at Eikoh is to provide exceptional education and care to each child that attends our centres. We understand how stressful it can be to provide the right childcare in Sydney - at Eikoh, we only employ experienced, highly trained, and dedicated staff to ensure that our students learn and thrive in the right learning environment.

Our Approach to Early Childhood Learning

We believe that early childhood learning takes place through connected relationships and active engagement with the physical world. Our play-based curriculum allows little ones to construct their own identities and understandings of the world around them, promoting positive self-awareness and self-confidence. Our job is to foster the right environment that encourages and nurtures this active engagement!

Our Philosophy on Family Involvement

We believe that family involvement is an integral part of our centres' everyday running. We welcome the sharing of family experiences, cultures, and ideas within our learning environment to enrich children's development, learning, and understanding of the world around them. Our staff and parents work together to foster mutual respect and support through open and regular communication.

Our Commitment to Quality Care

We are dedicated to providing the highest level care for each child. At each of our childcare centres across Sydney's lower north shore, each experienced team works together to provide a positive and engaging learning environment. Our staff are extremely passionate about delivering this level of care - we believe that continuous professional development is essential for providing quality care and education for the children in our care.

Our Learning Environment

Our learning environment fosters secure, respectful, and reciprocal relationships. We support diversity and promote respect for all people, recognising the importance of similarities and differences between individuals and families. We provide an environment that is challenging and stimulating, supporting and extending the skills and abilities of each child.

Our School Readiness Program

We help prepare children for life beyond our childcare centres and home by providing a school readiness program in an environment that promotes positive attitudes to learning.

Our Commitment to Health and Safety

We ensure the health, safety, and well-being of each child by providing a safe and secure environment and by promoting healthy living and food choices.
