What parents told us.
These are real Google reviews from families at our four centres, quoted as written, with each reviewer named as they appear on Google. We chose a few for each centre. You can check the reviews on Google yourself: Normanhurst, Roseville, St Ives Chase and West Ryde.
Normanhurst Child Care Centre
We've had such a wonderful experience with the centre. Our eldest attended previously and now our youngest is happily settled in the Possum room. The educators are warm, caring and genuinely invested in the children. It's such a comforting feeling knowing your child is loved, supported and excited to go each day. We're so grateful to have found a centre that feels like a true community.
We've had two children attend this centre and have had nothing but positive experiences. Many staff have been at the centre for many years and it shows. Communication is always open. My kids also eat so well at the centre which has been fantastic for my picky eater. I can feel confident even if he doesn't eat much dinner, he's eaten well at the centre.
A wonderful centre with compassionate and dedicated educators. Both my children attend this service and are both well loved and supported on their early learning journey. My little boy loves running around the yard playing soccer with his friends. The babies room has been wonderful for my daughter and the space provided is wonderful for her developing needs.
Roseville Kindergarten
Our oldest kid has been loving Roseville Kindy and we can't wait for our second to start. Great outdoor play area, engaging rooms and importantly brilliant teachers who are very welcoming. Very very low staff turnover.
Roseville Kindy came highly recommended by our extended family whose kids still talk about their time at the kindy today. I used to think big flashy schools were the way to go, but now I know better. The teachers make all the difference. I don't think you will find a more caring team.
We have had two children attend Roseville Preschool, and our third will start there when she turns three. A wonderfully nurturing environment, with teachers/carers who've been there for many years. Highly recommend.
St Ives Chase Kindergarten
We love St Ives Chase Kindy. Our two sons have both been there, with one still currently attending. We've lived all over Sydney and still drove our eldest down to St Ives Chase Kindy each day. If you're looking for a service that acts as a second home, then St Ives Chase Kindy is it.
Eight years ago, we sent our daughter here and she had a safe, joyful experience. We still chose to send our second child here years later. Director Tina is highly responsible, always responsive to parents' needs, and stands firm on the right values.
Since our family recently moved to Australia, we had many worries about sending our kids to kindergarten, both language-wise and culturally. Both of our children have happily adapted and are truly enjoying their time here. Because it's not a large centre, each child receives more personal attention. The director, Tina, is always warm and professional. She's honestly one of the most lovely people I've met.
West Ryde Long Day Care
My older daughter started at the centre when she turned 1. She was so well looked after by the educators, like Laurie in the baby room. My second daughter is now attending and is looked after again by Laurie and Angela. They are just amazing people, that you can trust them with your children. Really important for working parents to feel no guilt when you drop off your child.
I was a stay at home Mum for my daughter's first 4 years of life, so when it came time for preschool, the idea of leaving her with people I didn't know was terrifying. Right from the start, they made me feel comfortable and informed. My daughter has not cried at drop off, not even once, because she LOVES it and her teachers so much. The things she has learned blows my mind.
My child has been attending this daycare for the last 4 years. I have nothing but positive things to say about all the staff. They are proactive and run the best age-based programmes for the children. Communication between staff and parents is encouraged. All staff are approachable and helpful.
